LA-based DJ and producer The Botanist joins Pets Recordings for his label debut with ‘Leggo’, a track that lives up to its name with a perfect blend of fun and functionality.

Fresh from releases on OMRI.’s Collecting Dots, The Botanist brings his signature attention to detail and playful spirit to the Polish imprint. Taking a “Lego-like” approach to production, he pieces the track together with precision, a deep, rolling bassline as the base, sharp stabs for structure, glimmering Moroder-inspired synths for texture, and a bright, catchy lead snapping everything into place.
