Drumcode is more than a label, it’s a movement. Founded by Adam Beyer, it stands as the highest-selling and most influential imprint in techno, has spawned a radio show listened to by millions each week, and a global events brand hosting festivals and events throughout Europe, North and South America.
Today we have a chance to hear the sound of Drumcode from it’s very early days, a vinyl release back from 1996 that is was freshly uploaded on the label’s YouTube channel. ‘Drumcode 01’ is a four-tracker, and a collaboration between Adam Beyer and Lenk.
