Across the Europe we are witnessing the rise of underground raves, so what is the cause of it? Is it the rise of popularity of techno, especially the underground sound, or lack of clubs?
This change is carefully followed in the UK, where media writes of the return of rave culture. Plans for 133 illegal raves were identified by the police in 2017, up from 70 the previous year.
There is also a phenomenon of rising cost of drinks in legitimate venues, so maybe for promoters is cheaper to organize events in empty venues and spaces.
What is your opinion and would you rather be in a club or at rave?
