Kandging Ray is the typical Raster-Noton artist. An ex-architect who used to make projects for schools and auditoriums once got to work on a project for Philharmonic Hall of Paris and he was the person who was responsible for interaction between the acousticians and the architects.
He brings the architectural approach to the music he makes, but a strong personal impact can always be seen through. He writes a few versions of tracks, so the live gigs can be unpredictable even if you think you know what to expect.
“I need to suffer to get to
know what the track is about.”
