At recently held, 60th Grammy Awards some of dance music’s current leaders like Bonobo, Four Tet, Camelphat and Gorillaz were nominated.
Bonobo’s ‘Bambra’, Camelphat and Elderbrook’s ‘Cola’, Gorillaz’s ‘Andromeda’, ODESZA’s ‘Line Of Sight’ and LCD Soundsystem’s ‘Tonite’ were nominated for Best Dance Recording. LCD Soundsystem won the Grammy for tune ‘Tonite’.
Legendary band Kraftwerk got its award! Their ‘3-D The Catalogue’ won in the Best Dance/Electronic Album category.
Latroit took home the Best Remixed Recording for his remix of Depeche Mode’s ‘You Move’.
