The talented Eitan Reiter takes us outdoors again with a full live techno session recorded and filmed on the beach of the Mediterranean Sea in front of the setting sun.
Eitan Reiter is one of the more prolific and diverse electronic musicians and producers we encountered. You probably saw his name in connection with his recent releases with Guy Mantzur’s Plattenbank, his remix to Robert Babicz released on Babicz’s remix album on Traum Schallplatten or from the beautiful deep collaboration album with Sebastian Mullaert of Minilogue fame released on Japanese boutique label Mule Musiq or their track opening the last Enter compilation on Minus. Eitan Reiter’s new album “Give it Life” is due to be released later this year on Guy J’s new electronic imprint Armadillo.
he decided to take the highlight of what he had been producing in… the last year with him to the beach and play (and record) a live set on analogue equipment in front of the sunset in hope “to absorb the energy of the place and insert it into my set.”
Few months ago we published an article about his amazing remix to “The End” from The Doors, that got viral. And the Israeli producer just keeps being creative. This time after having to dismantle his studio he decided to take the highlight of what he had been producing in it in the last year with him to the beach and play (and record) a live set on analogue equipment in front of the sunset in hope “to absorb the energy of the place and insert it into my set.” We feel he succeeded.
The set includes about an hour of unreleased music from Eitan Reiter among it music to be released soon on indie label City Slang, Gem, Guy Mantzur’s Plattenbank, Guy J’s Lost & Found and Armadillo, Digital Structures and more.
