Tulum’s government banned the raves in the town, which is becoming more and more popular for clubbers.
But this time the reason is even nice – they want to leave the town a quiet vacation destination.
The president of the Association of Hotels of Tulum said that the increased traffic, noise late at night and early mornings disturb the tourists and destroy the peaceful and relaxed nature of the resort.
That is reasonable, though a little sad.
