Anfisa Letyago has just dropped her latest single, “Origami,” a track that encapsulates her signature blend of elements of trance and driving techno beats and intricate vocal layers. With this release, Letyago marks another release for Sony’s electronic music label.
“Origami” showcases Letyago’s prowess in crafting immersive soundscapes. The track begins with a pulsating melodies, and a compelling voxals that invites listeners to lose themselves in the music. As the track progresses, it unfolds like its namesake, revealing complex structures and subtle nuances that highlight Letyago’s meticulous production skills.
“The art of origami, rooted in ancient Japanese culture, holds profound symbolic meaning. Each fold plays a precise role in achieving the final result; if a step is missing, the desired outcome cannot be reached. The process is one of continuous transformation, turning simple paper into something beautiful and refined. This concept, central to oriental philosophy, reflects my vision and is what I want to convey through this song. This track is all about energy and transformation. In conjunction with the release of “Origami,” Anfisa Letyago has also announced an upcoming audio-visual (A/V) live show, which she will be debuting at Sardinia’s Red Valley Festival on 15th August.
