Drumcode’s beloved A-Sides compilation makes a welcome return after a two-year absence, with a massive 20-track feast covering every shade of the techno spectrum.
The project was devised in 2012 as a way of showcasing the wealth of strong material Adam Beyer receives each year, which due to Drumcode’s busy release schedule, might not otherwise find a home on the label.
Since then, it’s grown to become an essential fixture on the label’s release schedule and is also used as a platform to test the water with new talent.
Many of the artists on the release contributed, so expect to hear tracks from producers like Carl Cox, DJ Rush, Kaiserdisco, Alex Stain, Hi-Lo, Simina Grigoriu, and label boss Beyer himself.
